The journey to physical vitality is not one that is completed in a 50 yard dash. It is a process that you have to be committed to for the long haul and while you are at it you have to enjoy the smell of the roses.

Working out, staying fit, living a healthy lifestyle are not singular meaning we cannot do one and not the other to reach physical vitality. We have to do these together throughout our life and not just for two days and then nothing for a month so working out daily is fantastic but that needs to be coupled with eating the proper foods and getting the right amount of sleep.

That’s why it is a Marathon. We have to make small changes along the way to get us on that right path so we have to walk before we can run. Instead of trying to do everything all at once commit to daily progress so that way over the course of time you will be amazed at how much better you feel and will be living that Zestful Life!
