Are you idling right now? Not feeling motivated? Stuck in the same spot? Not moving forward? Well here comes the kick in your ass you need to get moving and get going and most important…Get out of Neutral and let’s put your body into Drive!

Today I want you to dedicate a small portion of your day to getting your body moving. I know you are saying how much time well let’s break this down:

We have 24 hours in a day minus 8 for sleep gets us to 16 minus 10 for work/school/travel now we are down to 6 hours if you watch TV or YouTube or are a Gamer or Read or spend time on Social Media well let’s take another 4 hours off and now we are left with 2 hours. Now all I am asking is you take 5 percent of that time left which is 6 minutes!! So basically out of a day that has 1,440 minutes I am asking for .00416667 of your time to move toward physical vitality.

So now that you have seen the reality I am betting you are a tad motivated and ready to get going. So take the 6 minutes and choose some fun exercises and do them for 2 minutes at a time. I guarantee you that once you have completed the 6 minutes you are going to feel better and will want to do more.
